Don't Let Your Past Dictate Your Future

How do you do that?

The first step is mindset. Mindset starts with a decision. After that, it's a process.

And this is not just about changing your mindset concerning financial freedom and what you think you can do. It's also about changing your mindset concerning your entire life.

It's about principles. It's about the core of you. It's about seeing the things about yourself that need improvement and starting the process to make those improvements.

What's awesome about positive thinking is that it can be focused or broad. I think it's important to learn how to broaden your positive thinking in order to look at yourself in an objective manner and encourage to change those things about yourself that you don't want to take into your future. Things that have hindered you from knowing who you really are. Things you grew up with. Things you learned from people who used to be your friends. You hung out with them and picked up some things that has contributed to who you are right now.

But if you want to succeed in life you must reprogram every part of you to line up with what God says about you.

Yes, God must be your standard if you are to every realize your full potential. Everything you need in order to succeed is in the bible. Believe it or not!!!

So what are you going to do?

Hopefully you will take the time to look at yourself in the mirror and compare what you see with God's view of you. And make the decision to start the process of change or conformation and stay with it until what you see and everyone else sees matches what God sees.

The process is a real eye-opener, but it's worth it. I know because I'm going through it myself. I made up in my mind that I will no longer keep myself from the blessings of God. No matter what it takes, I will complete the process, tears and all.

So Be Encouraged!!!!

Positive Thinking

How do we have positive thinking?

First, we must get rid of the old, pessimistic 'I can't' thinking. This does not happen overnight but it does start with a thought. The thought is to make a decision to change your mind and start saying 'I CAN!!!'. And once we make that decision, then we must persevere to keep that mindset.

We have to talk to ourselves. Not out loud but in our minds. We must tell ourselves that we can be whoever we want, whatever we want.

We must encourage ourselves. We can't depend on someone else being there all the time to encourage us. We have to have the drive that's UNSTOPPABLE!!!.

We can learn to strengthen ourselves. We can keep our focus on our passion, our vision.

The words 'I Can't' can no longer be in our vocabulary.

With positive thinking, we WILL reach our goals!!!

Remember...

People can't help you until you help yourself.

You can have all the steps and tools and plans but until you help yourself and take the first step, nothing will succeed.

One of the most powerful things in the entire world is our minds. With our minds, we can cause great things to happen or bad things. It's literally up to us.

Realize that where you are right now in your life is a direct result of what you thought about yourself years ago and what you allowed other people in your life to tell you about yourself.

Well, now this is your opportunity to 'set the record straight', once and for all.

And don't be afraid. There is nothing to fear but fear itself. Fear says you can't do this and you can't do that.

YES YOU CAN!!!!

JUST BELIEVE....IN YOURSELF!!!!

I believe that God has put everything on the inside of us, everything we will need to fulfill His purpose. If you want to be happy and successful, find out what your purpose is and do it.

ALWAYS OPERATE IN LOVE!!!!

You can't go wrong by operating in love. You give love, you get love. You help someone else, you receive help. You give respect, you receive respect...etc., etc.

YOU MUST GIVE TO GET!!!!

Whatever information you get on here, make sure to give it to someone else. You may ask what this has to do with positive thinking. When you start to think positively, you can't help but give that positive thinking to someone else.

You ever notice when you're having a good day and you run into someone who's day has not been that good, that you end up telling them everything will be ok? Why? Because you want to pass to them that positive thinking. You realize how powerful it is and you want to share it.

Or what about when you get a cool product at the store or online and it really works. You're going to tell someone about it because you want to share the results you experienced from this one product.

Positive thinking is the same. It's CONTAGIOUS!!!. And the good news is this is the kind of contagiousness that you won't want to get rid of. You will want to live with it forever.

SO LET'S THINK POSITIVE!!!!!
